What the form collects
If you send an inquiry, the form requests your name, company, work email, country or target market and any product requirements you choose to provide. It does not request payment details or accept file uploads.
Why the information is used
Inquiry information is used to understand and respond to your project, discuss samples or quotations and continue the business conversation you requested. The form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
How a request is delivered
Once configured, the website sends the inquiry to the manufacturer’s designated business mailbox through its email provider. The website host and email provider process the technical data needed for delivery. Messages may be processed where those providers and the manufacturer operate. The form does not maintain a separate customer database in this website.
Downloads, cookies and technical data
Downloading a project brief creates a text file on your device and does not send it. Submitting the form uses a temporary essential session cookie for security. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers may be used for abuse prevention. Hosting and mail systems may keep their own security and delivery logs. Cloudflare provides network delivery and security services and may process technical request data.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, broad referral sources and interactions such as opening an inquiry, clicking WhatsApp or email, downloading a brief and a successfully submitted inquiry. Google may process device and browser information, approximate location derived from the connection, and cookie identifiers. Names, email addresses, company names, messages and other inquiry form values are not included in our analytics events. Our page URLs exclude query strings and fragments.
Google Analytics does not load until you select Accept analytics. Selecting Reject analytics keeps it off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further optional measurement and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not remove data already sent. Your preference is stored on this device for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days. Clearing browser storage or using a different device resets your choice.
We do not enable Google advertising signals or advertising personalization. Google processes analytics information on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country.
