For a bar or hospitality collection, the origin of the fiber can form part of a thoughtful presentation. The product still needs to suit the glass, the beverage and the service routine. Agave content, other formulation components and the finished surface should be documented separately from any creative story used in the menu or packaging.
Describe the glassware range rather than starting with a single length in isolation. For a short drink, consider how much of the straw should sit above the rim. For mixed drinks, evaluate the sample in the actual recipe, including citrus, ice and any stirring routine.
