Coffee grounds, bagasse, bamboo fiber, dragon fruit peel, agave fiber, green tea residue, PLA, PBS or PHA. Confirm the complete formulation and destination suitability.
02 / Dimensions
Define length and outside diameter, with the opening and cup fit in view. Conventional sizes are stocked. Custom dimensions start at 10,000 straws.
03 / Wall thickness
Set the wall specification around structure, mouthfeel and the required inside opening. Evaluate the sample before approving the finished geometry.

04 / Function
Discuss tip format, flexibility, sealed cups and drink conditions. Availability and feasibility are confirmed for the selected material and specification.
05 / Wrapper printing
Custom wrapper printing starts at 2,000 straws. Agree the wrapper format, artwork, printable area and placement before production.

06 / Outer box
Coordinate structure, pack count, carton markings and artwork with the product inside. Outer-box quantities and costs are quoted for the project.
Your signature, on the product
Laser logo marking is available from 10,000 straws. Send your vector artwork and preferred position; review the mark’s contrast, size and readability on the actual material sample.

Working directly with a manufacturer
Keep product requirements, sample approval and packaging instructions together. Ask for factory information and project-specific production evidence as part of your supplier review.
Custom order questions
Yes. Conventional sizes are stocked and custom wrapper printing starts at 2,000 straws. Confirm the exact material-and-size combination, wrapper format and artwork in your inquiry.
Include both services in the same inquiry. The starting quantity for each service is 10,000 straws; the quotation will confirm how the combination, artwork versions and product specifications are organized.
Not automatically. New tooling or a private mold is reviewed separately for feasibility, ownership, development cost, quantity and schedule.
Lead time is quoted after the material, dimensions, sample requirements, artwork and quantity are defined. No fixed production or transit time is promised on this website.
